DUNNING, EUGENE H., Private, Co. I, 140th New York Volunteers, aged 21 years. Wilderness, May 5th, 1864. Treated in field, Washington, and Baltimore, and discharged July 9th, 1865. Examiner B. L. Horey, M. D., July 13th, 1869, reports that he believes that the inner table is depressed, and that the pensioner suffers from vertigo and defective vision.
