Place information: Carver General Hospital was located in wooden barracks, formerly Carver Barracks for the 102nd New York Volunteers. Weeks before closing, this hospital sent its patients to Stanton General Hospital in July 1865.
Relationship information: Bolton was transferred to Carver Hospital from Jarvis Hospital in Baltimore. He was returned to duty in November.
