Medical and Surgical History of the War of the Rebellion
gives the soldier's name as Andreas Baumgartner. Given other information in each of these entries, it is likely that they refer to the same soldier. Baumgartner enlisted into K Company, 82nd Illinois Infantry as Private. He was later discharged due to injury.
