The house at No. 504 H Street was visited by the police on the Tuesday previous, after they arrested the ladies at Mrs. Wolf's. This house was between Seventh and Eighth Streets. The officers arrested Cora [torn paper]iller, Jennie Thurley, Lydia Young and Nelly [torn paper]mleton.

The cases were tried on August 20, 1862 before Justice Walter. He dismissed "the parties arrested for keeping the house on H street, on the condition that they should evacuate the premises and cease from future violations of the law.
