CASE 192.—Post-mortem examination: Body
slightly emaciated. Liver healthy; gall-bladder distended
with bile; spleen somewhat enlarged, much congested and very
soft; duodenum and jejunum healthy; ileum much inflamed and
its agminated and solitary glands ulcerated, but some of the
ulcers appeared to be healing; solitary follicles of
ascending colon enlarged and ulcerated. Kidneys healthy.—
