                                                                York</name>, aged 23 years.  <name type="BATTLE" key="254">Petersburg</name>, <date type="injury" when="1864-07-07">July 7th, 1864</date>.  Shell fracture of frontal.  Bone splinters removed.  <name type="hospital">Ninth Corps hospital</name>.  <name type="hospital" key="214">Fairfax Seminary Hospital</name>.  Discharged from service <date type="servicedischarge" when="1865-01-21">January 21st, 1865</date>, and
                                                                pensioned.  <name type="person">Examiner Samuel Hutchings</name> reports,
                                                                <date type="pension" when="1866-03">March, 1866</date>, that the bone is gone over the right
                                                  eye, which is weak, and rates the disability at
